- Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the museum premises. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- During busy periods, visitors may be asked to remove backpacks and carry them by hand to help protect the exhibits.

- No refund or exchange is provided for unused tickets or if you do not visit on your booked date.
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and timed entry (where applicable).
- In exceptional circumstances, Marina Bay Sands may consider a refund. Any refund request must be submitted in writing, and approval is entirely at their discretion.
- If a refund is approved, it is generally processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Visitors who are refused entry or removed for violating the Conditions of Entry are not entitled to a refund.
