Airline schedules, delays, cancellations, aircraft changes, baggage rules, seat assignments and other airline operations are controlled by the respective airline.
Hotel room allocation, facilities, check-in policies, amenities and other hotel operations are controlled by the respective hotel or accommodation provider.
Similarly, activities, sightseeing, transfers, cruises and other travel services are operated by their respective suppliers.
Oxford Travels will make reasonable efforts to assist customers where a supplier changes or disrupts a confirmed service, subject to the options made available by that supplier and applicable law.

Oxford Travels makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and current.
However, information relating to prices, availability, flight schedules, hotel facilities, room descriptions, photographs, baggage allowances, activities, transfers and other travel services may be provided by third-party suppliers or booking systems.

03Prices & Availability

06Third-Party APIs & Technology
Oxford Travels may use third-party APIs, reservation systems and travel technology providers to display and process flight, hotel and other travel inventory.
Temporary differences in price, availability or other information may occur because of live inventory changes, supplier updates, synchronization delays or technical issues.
A search result should not be considered a confirmed booking until a final booking confirmation has been issued.
05Visa & Immigration
Oxford Travels may provide visa assistance and facilitation services; however, we do not control visa decisions.
Approval, rejection, processing time, validity and conditions of a visa are determined by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration department or government authority.
Possession of a valid visa also does not guarantee entry into a country. Final admission is determined by the relevant immigration authorities.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, transit permissions and other documents required for their journey.
07Technical Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and proper functioning of our website.
However, temporary interruptions or errors may occur because of server issues, internet connectivity, maintenance, payment gateway problems, supplier-system downtime, API failures or other technical circumstances.
