- Children under 2 years old are free with a parent in the smallest/newborn tiger area.
- Children under 15 years old or under 1.6m (5.25ft) can only interact with the smallest or newborn tigers.
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Visitors 16-17 years old and over 160cm can visit small, smallest, and newborn tigers.
- Visitors 18 years and older and over 160cm can visit all tigers.
Accessibility:
- The tiger encounter experience is not accessible by wheelchair or for those with mobility issues.
- The experience is accessible by stroller/pram.
General Guidelines:
- Infants under 2 years old are free of charge with parents.
- Adhere to all guidelines given by park staff and tiger trainers, especially regarding safety when interacting with tigers.
- Do not get too close to the tiger's head, face your back to the tiger, or make loud noises.
- Do not touch the tiger's belly or paws when interacting with larger tigers.

- If cancellation are made 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Tickets may be canceled or rescheduled with a fee, or sometimes with a full refund if done within the specified timeframe (e.g., 48 hours in advance, or 24 hours before the experience for some tickets). Some tickets may not be refundable in certain situations like bad weather.
