Ferry to Santorini
Ferry to Santorini in Greece Tours
A ferry to Santorini is a scenic way to reach the famous Cycladic island, with regular maritime connections from Athens and other Greek islands. The journey offers beautiful views of the Aegean Sea and provides a memorable introduction to Santorini’s distinctive volcanic landscape.
Most ferry services from Athens depart from Piraeus Port, while some routes operate from Rafina depending on the season and service. During the journey, passengers can relax onboard and enjoy the open sea, with ferry types ranging from conventional vessels to faster high-speed services.
Arriving at Athinios Port, Santorini’s main ferry port, visitors are welcomed by dramatic volcanic cliffs and the island’s characteristic whitewashed settlements perched high above the caldera.
