Original passport and old passports, if any.
The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages (Damaged passports are not acceptable).
Copy of the first and last page of your passport.
Return air tickets.
The visa application form is duly filled and signed by the applicant, under the guidance of our travel experts with email-id & mobile number of applicant in it.
2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish without specs and sunglasses (size 5.5 cm x 5.5 cm) ( Note: Photographs should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.)
Covering letter mentioning details of travel, details of the traveller, passport details, accompanying details, the purpose of visit, and duration of stay. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with the request for a grant of visa and addressed to the Visa Officer, Consulate General of Israel In Mumbai.
Income Tax Returns of the last 3 years.
Original bank statements reflecting transactions for the last 4 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official on every page with minimum balance of 1 lakh rupees per applicant. (Note: Bank balance should be equivalent to tour cost).
Proof of investments - Mutual funds, fixed deposits, LIC policies, national saving certificates, stocks & shares, etc.
Hotel confirmation details with day-to-day itinerary and travel dates.
Travel and Medical insurance with COVID Coverage.
Copy of your Aadhar card.

Passport must be updated with the spouse name, if not updated then provide Marriage certificate/ any other ID with updated spouse name.

Invitation letter in Hebrew
Passport & visa copies & contact details of the invitee
If the applicant is employed:
Salary slips for the last 4 months
Original leave letter / NOC from employer duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and contact details (With employee name, designation, date of joining, passport no., purpose of travel, and duration of stay on it)

Covering letter on the company letterhead and financial documents
Business / Company’s income tax returns for last 3 years
Updated current account statements for the last 4 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official on every page

If the applicant is Invited by person who's working/studying in Israel:
Invitation letter from the employer / Academic institute/University for the family members
If the applicant is minor:
Original birth certificate with Apostille (attested by MEA)
Parents (Father & Mother) need to visit consulate at the time of submission for signing the Minor consent form.
(Note: In case one of the parent is not in India then he/ she must sign the Minor consent form at Embassy of Israel in that particular country.)

Israel eVisa approval is at the sole discretion of the Israeli Immigration / Population and Immigration Authority / relevant consular authorities. Submission of an application does not guarantee visa issuance.

While applying for a Israel visa, one must keep in mind to apply well in advance as it facilitates in arranging an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the applicant has to carry all the original documents for submission and the biometrics.
Submit all the documents in A4 size only and not in back to back format.
If the applicant's place of collection and dropping off documents is within Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 700 will be applicable. If the applicant's place for dropping off documents is other than Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 800 will be applicable on Israel tourist visa fees.

No Objection Certificate: Stamped and signed hard copy of a no objection letter from your employer (if employed) or on your company letterhead (if self-employed).
Sponsor’s documents: If your trip is sponsored, you will generally need to submit salary slips, bank statements and the sponsor's IT Returns.
Highest Qualification Certificate: This could be a diploma, degree certificate, or any other official certificate from an educational institution.
Travel Itinerary: Provide a detailed day-to-day plan of your trip.
Travel Insurance: Proof of valid travel insurance covering the duration of your stay in Israel.
Note: You will also be required to submit documents confirming special circumstances in your visa application. For example, if invited, you will be asked to provide an invitation letter and a marriage certificate if your spouse’s name is not updated on the passport.
