Note: A double-entry facility is permitted from the date of first arrival to Sri Lanka within 30 days.

No. A new ETA cannot be obtained using the same passport until the current ETA expires. 
09 Can I extend my Sri Lanka ETA?
Visitors who wish to stay in Sri Lanka for more than 30 days can apply for an extension. The short-term visit visa can be extended for up to 270 days from the date of arrival in three stages: 30 days upon entry, 60 days for the first extension, and 90 days for the second and third extensions.
10 Should I take Sri Lanka ETA visa print?
