• Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear is required, and certain types of clothing are not permitted, such as those with metal zippers, buckles, or clasps, according to Wild Wadi's rules. 
• Food and Drink: Outside food and beverages, including glassware and alcohol, are not allowed in the park. 
• Health Restrictions: The park recommends that guests with certain medical conditions, including those with back, neck, or heart problems, consult with their doctors before participating in the water activities. 
• Safety Guidelines: Visitors should follow lifeguard instructions and pay attention to safety guidelines posted at each ride. 
• Photography: Photography is allowed on most rides, but cameras must have a strap to be worn around the neck, according to Wild Wadi Waterpark. 
• Accessibility: Guests with injuries or contagious diseases are not permitted on the attractions, says Wild Wadi Waterpark.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

• Safety: Guests should enter pools and attractions feet first, and diving is not permitted.

• No Show: Guests who miss their scheduled transfer or arrival time will be considered a no-show, with no refunds or alternative transfers provided. 
• Management's Right: The park reserves the right to reschedule, adjust pricing, or cancel tours or attractions due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons. 
• Payment: Wild Wadi accepts credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments, but not cash-only.
