Detailed Policies:

• Entry: Guests need a valid ticket to enter, and must present it upon request. 
• Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult (16 years or older), and adults are responsible for their conduct. 
• Safety: Visitors must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions from The Green Planet staff. 
• Food and Drinks: Food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility. 
• Maintenance/Events: The Green Planet may close temporarily for maintenance or events without prior notice. 
• Liability: The Green Planet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. 
• Age Requirements: Child rates apply to ages 2-10, and adult rates to those 11 and above. Proof of age may be requested. 
• Attire: Visitors should wear respectful clothing, and The Green Planet reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate attire. 
• Pets: Pets are not allowed inside The Green Planet. 
• Smoking: The Green Planet is a smoke-free facility. 
• Photography: Photography is allowed, but flash photography and the use of selfie sticks or tripods may be restricted. 
• Other Activities: Specific activities like snorkeling with piranhas have additional rules and capacity limits. 
• Overnight Camping: Camping at The Green Planet has its own specific terms and conditions, including tent capacity and availability.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

• Animal Interactions: Animal interactions are supervised by trained staff and may be subject to animal availability. 
• Overnight Program: The overnight program has specific terms including designated prayer rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities. 
• Camping: Camping tents are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and may be shared with other guests.
