To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability. 
  • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. 
  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Day 1 ARRIVAL - ALMATY
Welcome to Almaty, the cultural capital and largest city of Kazakhstan. Upon your arrival at Almaty International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel. After completing the check-in formalities (standard check-in time applies), the rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your journey. In the evening, explore the vibrant Arbat Walking Street, a lively pedestrian boulevard known for its street performers, local artists, charming cafés, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll, shop for local handicrafts, chocolates, and traditional souvenirs, or simply soak in the city's lively atmosphere. Later, proceed for a delightful dinner at a local Indian/Local restaurant before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 2 ALMATY CITY TOUR - KOK TOBE HILL
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before setting out for a guided city tour of Almaty. Visit the beautiful Panfilov Park, dedicated to the heroes of World War II, followed by the magnificent Zenkov Cathedral, one of the world's tallest wooden cathedrals built without nails. Continue to Republic Square and the iconic Independence Monument, showcasing Kazakhstan's rich history and national pride. Later, explore the famous Green Bazaar, where you can browse local delicacies, dry fruits, spices, handicrafts, and souvenirs. Visit the renowned Rakhat Chocolate Shop before heading to Kok Tobe Hill via cable car. Day 3 MEDEU - SHYMBULAK MOUNTAIN TOUR
After breakfast, drive towards the scenic Medeu Gorge, home to the world-famous Medeu Ice Skating Rink, the highest Olympic-standard skating rink in the world. Continue your journey with a spectacular cable car ride to Shymbulak Ski Resort, Kazakhstan's premier mountain destination located amidst the majestic Tian Shan Mountains. Enjoy breathtaking alpine scenery, snow-covered peaks (seasonal), mountain cafés, and scenic viewpoints. Guests can also participate in optional activities such as skiing, snowboarding, ziplining, horse riding, or ATV rides depending on the season. Return to Almaty in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4 CHARYN CANYON EXCURSION
After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to the spectacular Charyn Canyon National Park, one of Kazakhstan's most famous natural attractions. Often called the "Grand Canyon of Central Asia," the canyon is renowned for its dramatic red sandstone cliffs, unique rock formations, and breathtaking landscapes. Explore the famous Valley of Castles, enjoy leisurely walks through the canyon, admire panoramic viewpoints, and capture unforgettable photographs. Day 5 KAINDAY LAKE - KOLSAI LAKE EXCURSION
Following breakfast, set out for a full-day excursion to the stunning Kaindy Lake and Kolsai Lake, two of Kazakhstan's most breathtaking natural wonders. Begin with a visit to Kaindy Lake, famous for its submerged spruce forest, where tree trunks rise dramatically above the crystal-clear turquoise waters, creating a unique and picturesque landscape. Continue to the beautiful Kolsai Lake, often referred to as the "Pearl of the Northern Tian Shan."
