To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.
Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:
- 21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
- 20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
- 14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
- 7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
- 3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost
For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

- Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Welcome to Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest city and cultural hub. Upon arrival at Almaty International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our local representative and transferred to your hotel. After completing the check-in formalities (standard check-in time applies), the rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight. In the evening, head to the vibrant Arbat Walking Street, one of Almaty's most popular pedestrian zones, known for its lively atmosphere, street musicians, local artists, cafés, restaurants, and souvenir shops. You can enjoy a leisurely walk, shop for local handicrafts and chocolates, or simply soak in the city's evening charm. Later, proceed for a delightful dinner at a local Indian/Local restaurant before returning to the hotel.

ALMATY CITY TOUR - KOK TOBE HILL
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a comprehensive city tour of Almaty. Begin with a visit to Panfilov Park, a beautiful green park dedicated to the heroes of World War II, followed by the magnificent Zenkov Cathedral, one of the world's tallest wooden cathedrals built entirely without nails. Continue to Republic Square, the city's main landmark featuring the impressive Independence Monument, symbolizing Kazakhstan's independence.
