To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.  
  • Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. 
  • Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated. 
  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability. 
  • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. 
  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Day 2 MOSCOW CITY TOUR
After breakfast, discover the highlights of Moscow on a guided city tour. Visit Alexander Park, Red Square, St. Basil's Cathedral (Photo Stop), GUM Shopping Mall, Sparrow Hills, Victory Park, Zaryadye Park, the Kremlin Wall, and the famous Arbat Street. Later, enjoy a guided tour of the beautifully decorated Moscow Metro.

Day 3 MOSCOW – ST. PETERSBURG
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and board the high-speed Sapsan Train to St. Petersburg (train ticket not included). Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure exploring the city's elegant streets, cafés, and shopping areas.

Day 4 ST. PETERSBURG CITY TOUR

After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of St. Petersburg. Visit Vasilievsky Island, Menshikov Palace, the Academy of Fine Arts, Catherine's Garden, Anichkov Bridge, Nevsky Prospekt, and admire the magnificent St. Isaac's Cathedral from the outside.

Day 5 EXPLORE ST. PETERSBURG
After breakfast, continue exploring St. Petersburg with visits to Kazan Cathedral, the Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood, and St. Isaac's Cathedral. Later, enjoy free time to stroll along the famous Nevsky Prospekt.

Day 6 ST. PETERSBURG – MURMANSK
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Murmansk (flight not included). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy a guided city tour featuring the famous Lenin Icebreaker. In the evening, set out on a Northern Lights Hunting Tour. (Northern Lights sightings are subject to weather conditions and are not guaranteed.)

Day 7 TERIBERKA ARCTIC EXCURSION

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Teriberka, one of Russia's most spectacular Arctic destinations. Explore Sand Beach, Dragon Eggs Beach, the old ship cemetery, a reindeer farm, and the scenic waterfall flowing into the Barents Sea.

Day 8 MURMANSK – BACK HOME
