THE MOATS - CODDINGTON A small private thatched cottage B&B located in quiet countryside between Ledbury and Malvern - convenient for the Malvern Three Counties Showground and 5 miles from excellent shops restaurants and Ledbury Poetry Festival is set in Ledbury, 12 km from Eastnor Castle, 24 km from Worcester Cathedral, as well as 28 km from Hereford Cathedral. This bed and breakfast provides free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 38 km from Kingsholm Stadium. The bed and breakfast comes with a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are featured in the bed and breakfast. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Buffet and continental breakfast options with fresh pastries and juice are available. Hampton Court Castle & Gardens is 28 km from the bed and breakfast, while Wilton Castle is 31 km away. 1) The Moats is our home, NOT commercial premises. We currently offer only one bedroom to guests. The rest of the property is PRIVATE and guests are asked to vacate the premises between 10am and 6pm daily to afford us some privacy. We do NOT offer any outdoor sitting area for guests, the gardens are strictly out of bounds, have been re-wilded and are strictly out of bounds to all guests. Check-out is by 10am. This meets Booking.com’s international definition of private bed and breakfast accommodation. 7) A continental breakfast, included in the price of your stay, is served starting between 6.30am and 9am, in the cottage kitchen. Cooked breakfast is NOT offered. 8) Smoking and naked flames are forbidden on all parts of the premises, indoors and outdoors. 9) The mini-fridge in your room is for cold drinks only.
