Please note that bedrooms are situated over three floors with no lift, so may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility. If you would like a room on a lower floor please advise at the time of booking. Exmoor National Park is less than a 15-minute drive away and the Ilfracombe Golf Course is just over a mile from the guest house. The major A39 road, which runs into the heart of Cornwall, is less than 15 miles away. Please note that all bedrooms are located on the first, second and third floors, and the guest house does not have a lift.
