Tour overview
The itinerary offers a short European escape covering the highlights of the Netherlands and Germany. In Amsterdam, travellers can experience the city’s famous canal network through an Amsterdam Canal Cruise, visit the traditional Dutch countryside around Volendam, and enjoy a Cheese and Clog demonstration showcasing local craftsmanship and traditions. Depending on the season, the itinerary also features the colourful Keukenhof Tulip Gardens or Madurodam miniature park. The journey continues into Germany, with sightseeing around Cologne Cathedral, one of the region’s most iconic Gothic landmarks, followed by a scenic Rhine River Cruise through the picturesque Rhine landscape. The tour combines canal cruising, cultural demonstrations, historic sightseeing and scenic river experiences, making it a compact introduction to the Netherlands and Germany.
