Tour overview

This Kashmir tour takes you on a memorable journey through some of the most beautiful destinations in the Kashmir Valley. Upon arrival in Srinagar, travel through scenic mountain roads to the peaceful hill station of Patnitop, where you can relax amidst lush green surroundings and enjoy the panoramic beauty of the Himalayan landscape. The tour continues with a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, famously known as the "Meadow of Flowers," where visitors can admire expansive meadows surrounded by snow-covered peaks, visit the world-famous 18-hole golf course, explore the local market at Tangmarg, and enjoy an optional ride on the Gulmarg Gondola, one of Asia's longest cable car rides, offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

Another highlight of the journey is the excursion to Sonamarg, the "Meadow of Gold," renowned for its breathtaking alpine scenery, glaciers, crystal-clear streams, and towering Himalayan peaks. The scenic drive to Sonamarg passes through beautiful valleys and dense forests, making it one of the most picturesque routes in Kashmir. Visitors can spend time enjoying the serene surroundings, taking leisurely walks, and capturing unforgettable photographs of the natural beauty.

The journey then proceeds to Pahalgam, one of Kashmir's most popular hill resorts, known for its tranquil atmosphere and scenic landscapes. Surrounded by mountains, forests, and the flowing Lidder River, Pahalgam offers opportunities to explore nearby attractions such as Aru Valley, Betab Valley, Lidder Valley, Kolhai Glacier, and the historic Shiva Temple. Guests can also enjoy optional activities including pony rides, horse riding, trekking, golfing, angling, and seasonal skiing while soaking in the region's natural beauty.

The final leg of the tour is dedicated to exploring the highlights of Srinagar, including the magnificent Mughal Gardens—Chashme Shahi, Nishat Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh—each showcasing the grandeur of Mughal architecture and offering beautiful views of Dal Lake. A visit to the sacred Shankaracharya Temple provides panoramic views of Srinagar city and the surrounding mountains. The sightseeing also includes a visit to local handloom and handicraft centres, where guests can browse authentic Pashmina shawls, Kashmiri carpets, and other traditional handicrafts. The tour concludes with a memorable overnight stay aboard a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake, allowing you to experience the peaceful ambiance of Kashmir before departing from Srinagar with unforgettable memories of its breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and warm hospitality.
