All apartments offer a balcony or patio & some feature sea views. They all come with a living room with a TV with satellite channels, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave and a washing machine. One parking space is available for guests. Local attractions include Newquay Zoo, 1.4 miles away, Blue Reef Aquarium, 1.6 miles away and Newquay Golf Club, 2 miles away. Fistral Bay and Beach are a 2.6 mile drive away. Not all apartments are dog friendly. Please ensure you select a "dog friendly" apartment if you are bringing your pet. Please inform The Beach House & Porth Sands Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. • If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please inform the property in advance. • After a booking is made, you will receive an email from the property with further instructions regarding the payment procedures and the key collection. • Please note that the reception is located at the Porth Veor Manor Hotel, just 200 yards away from the property. • Please note that the apartments are not suitable for people using a wheelchair. • Please note the bar and breakfast restaurant is normally open March to November. Breakfast is 200 yards away. • We regret that stag/hen parties are not permitted. • All apartments are individually styled and the images are representative of the type but not necessarily of the apartment you will be allocated. • For extended holiday stays of 28 nights or more a £500 security deposit is required. This is fully refundable subject to no loss, damage or breakages or if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition and/or requiring an excessive amount of cleaning.
