Each room is individually furnished and decorated with its own colour scheme, en-suite shower facilities, 2 chairs, TV/DVD, coffee/tea tray, and a host of other facilities. The rooms are on the ground, 1st and 2nd floor with no lift. The Breakfast Room is light and airy with views of the sea, and guests can enjoy full English and English Continental options for breakfast. Breakfast may not be available during the Winter Season Hunstanton offers beaches, shallow waters, good amenities, independent shops and restaurants. One of the UKs Links Golf Courses is located 1 mile away in Old Hunstanton. Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. More parking spaces free of charge can be found nearby. Breakfast is served between 08:00 – 10:00 every morning with timed slots during busier periods. Rooms are situated on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Please note that there is no lift at the property. Please note: Alcohol and food may not be consumed in the rooms or anywhere on the premises. Smoking is not permitted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
