The residence offers depending on the building you are staying : an indoor pool, an outdoor Mont Blanc view pool, three other outdoor pools with no view, a spa and a hot tub. Additional facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room and a fitness room are available for some apartments and at an additional cost. Upon prior reservation, guests can purchase ski passes and rent ski equipment at the property. Several restaurants, bars and boutiques, as well a supermarket are located in the surrounding area. Access to the infrastructures depends on the building in which the apartment is located. Guests staying in the Prince des Cîmes or Hameau du Glacier buildings have access to the indoor swimming pool of the residence, while guests staying in the Manoir Savoie or Chalet des Lys buildings have access to the outdoor swimming pool with a Mont Blanc view. Guests staying in other buildings have access to outdoor swimming pools without mountain views. Additional facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room may also be available in some apartments at an additional cost. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. If you arrive by train, the funicular is available and free to use. It operates daily from 07:30 to 21:00 and until 23:00 on Thursdays, connecting Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Arc 1600, where free shuttles provide access to the other areas of the Les Arcs resort. Please note that pets are allowed for an additional charge of EUR 15 per night, EUR 100 per week, or EUR 200 for stays of 14 nights or more. Please note that the balconies of the residence are currently closed for security reasons until further notice. In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers activities so you can fully enjoy the mountains during your stay. In Avoriaz, guests benefit from a Portes du Soleil Multi Pass per person, giving access to more than 60 activities across the 12 resort villages, including pedestrian lifts, swimming pools (including one entry per day to the Morzine Aquatic Centre), lakes, tennis courts, cultural sites, ice rinks, mini-golf courses, inter-resort shuttles, scenic walks such as the Pointe de Nyon trail, summer toboggan and many other activities, with preferential rates on certain attractions. Please note that one Multi Pass per person is offered for stays of at least 7 nights, the number of Multi Passes corresponds to the number of guests on the reservation, the Multi Pass is provided upon arrival, and activities are organised by independent partners of Pierre & Vacances and may therefore be subject to change.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
