- Confirmation of hotel booking mentioning the details of travel, details of the traveller, and contact details of the hotel.

- Invitation letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, Purpose of visit, period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care of by.
- Cover letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
- Travel Bookings: Air Tickets.
- Accommodation: Proof of reservation of a hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay..
- Invitee Documents: Incorporation certificate, copy of inviting company.
