- Original passport and old passports, if any. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages
- 2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish without specs and sunglasses (size 35 mm x 45 mm)
- Confirmed return air tickets
- Hotel confirmation details mentioning the name and number of the hotel (details as per air tickets)
- Detailed travel itinerary
- The visa application form is duly filled out and signed by the applicant
- Covering letter (format will be provided)
- Original bank statements reflecting transactions of the last 6 months with a minimum balance of Rs 100,000 per person, duly attested and signed by a bank official
- Additional documents may be required depending on the applicant’s profile:
If the applicant is employed:
• Salary slip for the last 3 months
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer
If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:
• Required Company GST Certificate or Incorporation Certificate.
• Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years
• Covering letter on the company letterhead
If the applicant is a Student:
• Bonafide Certificate from the school/college (if travelling with parents)
If the applicant is Invited:
• Invitee's residence proof • Invitee's passport copy and valid visa status
