Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), the dynamic commercial hub of Vietnam! Upon arrival at the airport, freshen up and proceed for a city tour. Begin with a visit to the War Remnants Museum, one of the most significant historical attractions, offering deep insights into Vietnam’s struggle for independence and the impact of the Vietnam War through exhibits of photographs, documents, and military equipment. Continue to the Reunification Palace, a historic landmark that witnessed the end of the Vietnam War in 1975 and now serves as a museum and venue for official events. Next, admire the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica (outside view), an iconic example of French colonial architecture built between 1877 and 1883, followed by a visit to the Central Post Office, one of the city’s most famous landmarks known for its classic colonial design. Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast at your hotel, set out on a morning excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive underground network stretching over 200 km that played a crucial role during the Vietnam War. Once functioning as underground cities, the tunnels included trap doors, living quarters, storage areas, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers, and kitchens. Begin with a short introductory video explaining how the tunnels were constructed and used during wartime. You will then have the opportunity to crawl through a safe section of the tunnels, experiencing the narrow passages and gaining insight into the challenging conditions faced by soldiers. After the visit, return to Ho Chi Minh City and spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the city on your own or relaxing at the hotel. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

After breakfast at your hotel, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang, a vibrant coastal city in central Vietnam. After breakfast at your hotel, check out and enjoy some free time at leisure before heading to the airport for your flight to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your local guide and transferred to the city center. Begin your Hanoi city tour with a visit to Ba Dinh Square, the largest square in the city and a significant site for major cultural and political events. Continue to explore the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside view, as it remains closed in the afternoon), Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, his fish pond, and the One-Pillar Pagoda. Next, visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, known for its traditional architecture and historical importance. Later, enjoy a walking tour through the Old Quarter and around Hoan Kiem Lake (“Sword Lake”), where you can experience the vibrant streets and daily life of the locals. Departure Day

To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.
