Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to your hotel by private vehicle. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, allowing yourself time to relax and acclimatize to the city. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu
After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu Valley. Begin with the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and the only one located outside India. Visit the Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in Nepal and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Budhanilkantha, also known as the “Sleeping Vishnu”, followed by Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), perched atop a hill with panoramic views of Kathmandu. Explore the ancient cities of Patan and Bhaktapur, renowned for their traditional architecture, temples, and rich cultural heritage. Return to Kathmandu for an overnight stay.

Pokhra
After breakfast, depart for Pokhara, a scenic city nestled at the foothills of the Annapurna Himalayan Range. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Later, enjoy a boating experience on the serene Phewa Lake, which beautifully reflects the panoramic views of Mount Fishtail. Spend the evening at leisure, taking in the tranquil surroundings. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Pokhra

After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara. Begin with Devi’s Fall, a spectacular waterfall, followed by a visit to Gupteshwar Cave, a sacred cave with religious significance. Explore the International Mountain Museum, showcasing the history, culture, and ecology of the Himalayas. Visit the Bindhyabasini Temple, a revered Hindu temple perched on a hill, and take in the scenic Seti River Gorge (White River). Continue to the Regional Museum for cultural insights and enjoy some shopping at the Lakeside Market and local supermarkets. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Pokhara.

Kathmandu

After breakfast, depart Pokhara and proceed to Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing time to relax, explore the local surroundings, or enjoy some shopping. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Kathmandu Airport to board your flight home. This marks the conclusion of your memorable Nepal holiday, filled with cultural experiences, natural beauty, and Himalayan vistas.

To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.
