Welcome to Srinagar! Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be warmly received by our representative. After the welcome, you will be transferred to Pahalgam, a scenic hill station known for its lush valleys, pine forests, and the flowing Lidder River. En route, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Himalayan landscapes. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Pahalgam.

To book any Domestic Holiday or travel services, a person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 2,499/- per person. In case a person want to book air-tickets / train tickets as part of his tour package, 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure. 

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows: 

  • 21 Days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.2,499/- per person.
  • 20-15 Days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost.
  • 14-07 Days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 07-04 Days prior to the departure of the tour 75% of the total tour cost.
  • 03 Days prior or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the total tour cost.

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/train-tickets/cruises/safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.
