Start with a visit to the Bajeshwar Temple, located about 38 km from Kausani. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, and according to legend, the deity is said to have wandered the area in the form of a tiger. Continue your journey to the Baijnath Temple, dedicated to Goddess Parvati, the divine consort of Lord Shiva. Both temples offer a blend of spiritual significance and architectural beauty, set against the stunning backdrop of the Himalayan ranges. A short 8 km drive from Baijnath will take you to the renowned Kali Temple, dedicated to Goddess Kali, an incarnation of Mata Parvati.   • Standard Hotel Check-in time is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
  • AC will not work in Hilly regions.
  • We will not be held responsible for any delays in rail/airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights/train.
  • If any airline/train is delayed or cancelled, Oxford Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.

To book any Domestic Holiday or travel services, a person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 2,499/- per person. In case a person want to book air-tickets / train tickets as part of his tour package, 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure. 

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows: 

  • 21 Days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.2,499/- per person.
  • 20-15 Days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost.
  • 14-07 Days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 07-04 Days prior to the departure of the tour 75% of the total tour cost.
  • 03 Days prior or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the total tour cost.

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/train-tickets/cruises/safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.
