Upon arrival at Jeddah, you will be met and assisted by our representative and transferred to Makkah. After check-in at your hotel or faiz, take some time to rest and freshen up. Later, proceed to Masjid al-Haram to perform your first Umrah, which includes Tawaf around the Kaaba, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and offering Dua. This spiritual experience marks the beginning of your sacred journey. After completing Umrah, return to your hotel for overnight stay in Makkah.

After a healthy breakfast, check out from your hotel in Mecca and prepare for your onward journey. Our representative will assist you with your transfer to Jeddah Airport for your departure flight back home. To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.
