On arrival at the station, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative, who will assist you and transfer you to your hotel. After completing the check-in formalities, you can relax and enjoy some leisure time. In the evening, you may take a stroll around the scenic surroundings of Nainital or visit the famous Mall Road for a casual walk and local shopping. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Nainital.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Nainital. Start with a peaceful boating experience on the famous Naini Lake, followed by a visit to the sacred Naina Devi Temple. Explore popular viewpoints and scenic spots including Naina Peak (the highest point in Nainital), Snow View Point for panoramic Himalayan views, Land’s End, Tiffin Top, and The Mall Road area for its vibrant local atmosphere. You may also visit Gurney House and Cave Garden for a glimpse of the town’s history and natural beauty. In the evening, enjoy shopping along Mall Road and try some local delicacies. To book any Domestic Holiday or travel services, a person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 2,499/- per person. In case a person want to book air-tickets / train tickets as part of his tour package, 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure. 

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows: 

  • 21 Days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.2,499/- per person.
  • 20-15 Days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost.
  • 14-07 Days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 07-04 Days prior to the departure of the tour 75% of the total tour cost.
  • 03 Days prior or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the total tour cost.

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/train-tickets/cruises/safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.
