Our hotel is located in the student residence Dr. Karl Grünner Haus of the OÖ Heimbauverein and is centrally located in the heart of Linz.
We are located in the centre of Linz, a 10-minute walk from the main square and an 8-minute walk from the Danube River and the Lentos Art Museum.

Check-in at the reception is always possible from 4 - 7 pm.
Arrival after 7 pm is possible upon request and advance payment. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
