The Goody House Bed & Breakfast is our home that we share with our guests. The Goody House Bed & Breakfast, which offers a cosy room in the owners home, is located in the suburban area of Manning, just 7 km from the centre of Perth. Perth International Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Historic Fremantle, beautiful west coast beaches and Swan Valley vineyards are within a 30-minute drive. You can take a walk along the Swan and Canning River foreshore to spot wildflowers and birdlife including black swans, pelicans and colourful parrots. You might even be lucky enough to spot a river dolphin. The Goody House is surrounded by relaxing shady gardens and a swimming pool. Your free continental breakfast is served on the back terrace overlooking the pool or in the dining room.
