Matt Roberts Personal Training Centre combines the expertise
of international sprinter Matt Roberts with state-of-the-art equipment
and training facilities. Sessions include stress management, nutritional
advice and relaxation techniques, all on a one-to-one basis by the team's
Personal Trainer.
Tennis Club under the direction of Peter Burwash’s renowned
program. Five synthetic grass courts are also illuminated for night
play and the hotel’s pro, a Burwash program expert, is available
for individual coaching.
Golf Course designed by Gary Player is a 2,528 yard (par 33),
9 hole course is just 55 yards from the hotel lobby. The club was chosen
as a member of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy and, besides the beautiful
setting and luxuriant greens features a changing room, bar and terrace.
Lessons are available with the David Leadbetter-trained golf pro.
