After spending the day opposite the property, suntanning at Mission Beach, you can return to Ocean Serenity and prepare a meal on the spacious terrace using the barbecue facilities provided. Ocean Serenity Holiday Home is equipped with a country-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a lounge with a TV and a 2-seater sofa. It also includes a 6-seater dining area, a bathroom and 3-bedrooms. The property is less than a 10-minute walk from a variety of shops and cafes. Boat parking is available. A damage deposit of AUD 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note for any cancellation, the AUD 20 service charge is non-refundable. Please note that there is a 0.995% charge when you pay with a credit card.
