Activity Policies
- Zaryadye Park is a public park, with general access to the outdoor areas normally free of charge.
- Visitors should follow park rules, signs and instructions from staff.
- Visitors should remain on designated paths and observation areas.
- Climbing on structures, damaging plants or disturbing wildlife is prohibited.
- Photography for personal use is generally permitted in outdoor areas.
- Certain attractions inside the park, including museums, exhibitions and multimedia experiences, may require separate tickets.
- Access to the Floating Bridge or other areas may be temporarily restricted because of weather, maintenance, events or safety requirements.
- Visitors should exercise caution around elevated viewpoints and the river.
- Children should remain under adult supervision.

- General entry to Zaryadye Park is free of charge; separate tickets are required for certain attractions, exhibitions, programmes and events.
- Visitors must follow the park's visitor rules and instructions from staff and security personnel.
- Access to particular areas or facilities may be temporarily restricted or closed for maintenance, technical reasons, events, safety or other operational requirements.
- For ticketed activities, visitors must present their ticket/QR code at entry. The ticket may be provided in electronic or printed form.
- Children's age restrictions and accompanying-adult requirements vary according to the specific attraction or programme. For example, certain activities require children below a specified age to be accompanied by an adult.
- Visitors must comply with safety requirements applicable to the particular attraction, including any restrictions relating to age, health, height or other conditions.
- Food and drinks may be prohibited inside certain ticketed facilities, such as the Florarium.
- Visitors must respect the landscaping, plants, architectural structures, public art and other facilities within the park.
- Littering, damaging vegetation or park property, and other activities that may harm the park are prohibited.
- Visitors should remain in designated public areas and follow temporary barriers or restricted-area signs.
- Photography and filming may be subject to additional restrictions inside individual museums, exhibitions or attractions.
- For ticketed activities, missing a scheduled session because of the visitor's own fault does not normally result in a transfer, recalculation or refund.
- For many ticketed Zaryadye activities, the official ticketing system allows a 100% refund if the ticket is returned at least 2 hours before the scheduled session.
- If a ticket is returned less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the ticket price is refunded.
- After the session has started, no refund is provided.
- Refund requests may require the ticket, payment receipt and identification document, according to the official refund procedure.
- If an attraction or event is cancelled by Zaryadye Park, the applicable ticket amount can be refunded according to the park's published procedure.
- The park may change schedules or temporarily close individual attractions because of technical, safety or operational circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets can be refunded for a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available once the session has started. Refund requests must be submitted through the official refund procedure with the required documents.
