- Victory Park is a public outdoor park, and general access to the park is normally free.
- Visitors should maintain respectful behaviour around memorials, monuments and commemorative sites.
- Visitors should follow signs, safety instructions and directions from park authorities.
- Climbing or causing damage to monuments and memorial structures is prohibited.
- Photography is generally permitted in public areas, subject to restrictions around specific facilities or events.
- Individual museums and attractions within the park may require separate admission tickets and have their own opening hours.
- Parts of the park may be temporarily restricted because of official ceremonies, public events, maintenance or security measures.
- Visitors should remain on designated paths and take care around fountains and other landscaped areas.

- Littering, vandalism, damaging plants or park property, and other activities that may harm the site are prohibited.
- Visitors should take care on steps, slopes and other uneven surfaces, particularly in adverse weather.
- Children should remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Photography for personal purposes is generally permitted, while professional or commercial photography/filming may require prior permission.
- Visitors must not interfere with memorial ceremonies, official events or security operations.
- Individual attractions within the park, including the Victory Museum, may have their own opening hours, admission fees, visitor rules and cancellation policies.
- If Victory Park is included as part of a guided sightseeing tour, the tour operator's own cancellation and refund conditions apply.

Cancellation Policy
Victory Park is a public memorial park and does not require an admission ticket or advance reservation for a standard visit or photo stop. Therefore, no cancellation or refund policy applies to the park itself. Any separately booked Victory Museum admission, guided tour or organised activity is subject to the museum’s applicable cancellation and refund conditions.
