- Swimming or entering thermal water is permitted only in officially designated pools or areas.
- Visitors must not use soap, shampoo, chemicals or other substances in the thermal pools.
- The terraces can be wet and slippery; visitors should walk carefully and follow safety instructions.
- Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Visitors with mobility limitations should be aware that access across the natural terraces may be physically challenging.
- Visitors should not enter closed, restricted or environmentally protected areas.
- Photography for personal use is generally permitted, subject to current site restrictions.
- Commercial photography, professional filming or organised photo shoots may require prior permission.
- Littering, vandalism and removal of salt/calcium deposits, stones or other natural materials are prohibited.
- Certain terraces, pools or pathways may be temporarily closed for conservation, restoration, weather or safety reasons.

- Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the admission ticket or booking channel.

- Late arrival or failure to join an organised tour may result in loss of the booking without refund, according to the operator's terms.
Cancellation Policy
The Travertine Terraces of Pamukkale are a natural attraction within the Pamukkale–Hierapolis archaeological site and do not have a separate cancellation policy. Access is subject to the applicable entrance ticket and Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism ticketing conditions. If the terraces are included as part of a guided tour, excursion, or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.
