Activity Policies
Tickets are valid only for the selected attraction(s) and operating date. Some areas require separate admission or a combo ticket.
Ticket prices are based on height, not age. Children under 1 meter enter free, 1.0–1.4 meters are charged the child rate, and over 1.4 meters are charged the adult rate.
Each attraction has specific height and safety requirements. Guests must follow the instructions of park staff, and those who do not meet the minimum height or safety requirements may not be permitted to ride.
Printed tickets are not required. Visitors can present the QR code on their mobile device for entry.
Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be changed, except in special circumstances or force majeure as determined by Sun World.
Young children should be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in the water park and on family attractions.
Opening hours vary by attraction, season, and special events. Visitors are advised to check the latest schedule before visiting.
Visitors must comply with all park rules, queue procedures, and staff instructions. Safety equipment provided for rides and water attractions must be used where required.

By purchasing, booking, or using a Sun World ticket, visitors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms, conditions, policies, and park regulations.
Unless otherwise specified, each ticket is valid for one-time entry/use only and is valid only for the selected date or period stated on the ticket. Tickets should not be shared or transferred to prevent unauthorized use.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-extendable, and non-convertible to other ticket types, except in cases of force majeure, operational issues, or where otherwise permitted under Sun World's official policies.
Visitors may use electronic tickets by presenting the QR code on a mobile device at the entrance. Printed tickets are not required.
Child and adult ticket categories are determined by the park's height policy. Visitors must present valid tickets and comply with all admission procedures.
Guests must follow all safety instructions and ride restrictions. Certain attractions have minimum height, health, or physical condition requirements, and individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or with medical conditions that may be aggravated by rides, should not participate.
Visitors are required to follow all park regulations, staff instructions, queue management procedures, and operational guidelines. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the park without compensation.
Sun World reserves the right to invalidate tickets obtained through unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal sources without compensation.
Sun World may modify or update its terms, conditions, and operating policies at any time. Updated terms become effective once published on the official Sun World website.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are generally non-refundable after successful payment.
Cancellations are not accepted once the ticket has been issued.
Date changes, ticket exchanges, or extensions are generally not allowed, unless specifically stated for a promotional product or approved by Sun World.
In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or park closure), Sun World may provide a refund, reschedule, or another solution according to its official policy.
If a ticket is purchased through a third-party travel agency or booking platform, that platform’s cancellation policy may apply in addition to Sun World’s terms.
