Cancellation Policy
 St. Peter’s Basilica tickets and reservations are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-modifiable. The date, time and visitor name cannot be changed after purchase, and tickets are valid only for the reserved time slot. Late arrival or non-attendance does not qualify for a refund. If the Basilica cancels a reservation due to extraordinary events, liturgical commitments or other official Vatican City requirements, the booking cost will be refunded in full; date changes are not permitted.
