- Inside Visit: If guests wish to enter St. Isaac’s Cathedral, a separate admission ticket is required. The official museum currently lists admission and separate services for the cathedral and colonnade.

- Photography for personal use from public areas is generally permitted; commercial photography or professional filming may require prior permission.
- Visitors should avoid obstructing pedestrian movement, entrances, roads or emergency access while taking photographs.
- Children should remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Weather conditions, maintenance or official activities may affect access to the surrounding area without prior notice.
- Any visit to the interior of St. Isaac’s Cathedral or the colonnade is separate and may require a ticket with its own admission and cancellation conditions.
- Since an outside view does not require an admission ticket, there is no cancellation or refund policy for the sightseeing stop itself.
- If the outside view is included in a guided city tour, the tour operator's own cancellation and refund policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy
St. Isaac's Cathedral (Outside View) does not require an admission ticket or reservation. Therefore, no cancellation or refund policy applies to the outside sightseeing visit. If the cathedral visit is included as part of a guided sightseeing tour or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective tour or booking will apply.
