- Visitors must not climb over safety barriers or enter restricted areas.
- Children should remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Visitors should take care on potentially slippery surfaces, particularly in snowy or icy conditions.
- Appropriate warm clothing and suitable footwear are strongly recommended due to the high-altitude environment.
- Photography is generally permitted for personal use, provided it does not disturb other visitors.
- Visitors should not litter or damage the surrounding Alpine environment.
- Access to the outdoor observation area may be restricted or temporarily closed due to severe weather, maintenance or safety conditions.

- Access: Access to the Sphinx Observation Deck is subject to the operating conditions of Jungfraujoch and the availability of the mountain railway service.
- Ticket: Access is generally part of the Jungfraujoch experience when travelling on a valid ticket. Specific inclusions depend on the fare or package purchased.
- Opening Hours: Access times may vary according to the Jungfraujoch operating schedule, weather and operational requirements.
- Weather Conditions: Visibility at the observation deck depends on weather conditions. Poor visibility, clouds, snow or strong winds may affect the experience.
- Safety Restrictions: Access may be temporarily restricted or closed because of severe weather, technical issues or other safety considerations.
- Booking Confirmation: Pre-booked tickets or tours are confirmed according to the terms of the relevant booking provider.
- Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific Jungfraujoch ticket or tour purchased. Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Operator: If access or the associated transport service is cancelled by the operator for safety or operational reasons, an alternative arrangement or refund may be offered according to the applicable ticket conditions.

- Liability: The operator is not responsible for reduced visibility, delays, closures or changes caused by weather, technical problems, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Access to the Sphinx Observation Deck is included in the Jungfraujoch experience. Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Jungfraujoch ticket or package purchased.
