- Visitors should follow the designated route and any instructions provided by the tour guide or local authorities.
- Visitors should respect Verona’s historic buildings, monuments and public spaces along the trail.
- Entering private or restricted areas is not permitted.
- Visitors should not touch, climb or damage historic structures and monuments.
- Photography is generally permitted in public areas for personal use.
- Children should remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Visitors should respect local residents, businesses and other pedestrians.
- Littering and damage to public property are prohibited.
- The trail may be modified or temporarily restricted due to public events, maintenance, weather or safety requirements.
Terms & Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: The tour is confirmed once the required payment has been received. A booking confirmation or voucher will be issued.
- Meeting Point: Guests should arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15–20 minutes before departure.
- Late Arrival: The tour normally begins at the scheduled time. Late arrivals or missed departures may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
- Tour Route: The Romeo & Juliet Trail may include Verona's historic centre and locations associated with Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. The route may be modified because of traffic, events, road closures, weather or local restrictions.
- Duration: The stated duration is approximate and may vary according to group size, traffic, local conditions and site access.
- Attraction Access: Access to specific museums, courtyards, monuments or other attractions is subject to opening hours, availability, security requirements and local regulations.
- Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific tour and ticket type. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Operator: If the tour is cancelled by the operator, an alternative date or refund may be offered according to the applicable booking conditions.
- Weather: The walking tour generally operates in normal weather conditions. In exceptional circumstances affecting safety, the route may be changed, postponed or cancelled.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive at the meeting point on time may result in no refund.
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The operator is generally not liable for loss, theft or damage.
- Children: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise specified.
- Conduct: Guests should respect local residents, public areas, monuments and other visitors and follow the guide's instructions.
- Liability: The operator is not responsible for delays, route changes or missed sites caused by traffic, public events, strikes, weather, closures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy
