- Participants should arrive at the workshop venue on time.
- A valid booking confirmation or voucher may be required for participation.

- All pottery equipment, tools and materials should be used carefully and only as instructed.
- Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for working with clay.
- The workshop provider may modify the activity or schedule due to operational, safety or unforeseen circumstances.
- The finished pottery item may require drying, firing or glazing after the workshop, and collection or delivery arrangements depend on the provider.
- Participants should provide accurate hotel/pickup information when transfers are included.
- Photography is generally permitted, subject to the workshop's rules and the privacy of other participants.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Any damage caused through intentional misuse or failure to follow staff instructions may be subject to additional charges.
- Late arrival or failure to attend may result in loss of the booking without refund, depending on the provider's policy.

- If the workshop is booked through Oxford Travels, the applicable package and local supplier cancellation conditions will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their Cappadocia Pottery Workshop up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop start time are non-refundable. Any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience may not be accepted. If the workshop is booked as part of a guided tour or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.
