- If included as part of a guided walking tour, the tour operator's meeting, timing and booking conditions apply.

- Free Access: Visiting and viewing the square and its monuments from publicly accessible areas is generally free.

- Events & Ceremonies: Access to parts of Place de la Concorde may be temporarily restricted or modified during public events, official ceremonies or other special occasions.

- Tour Itinerary: If the square is included as a stop on an organised city tour, the itinerary may be changed because of traffic, road closures, demonstrations, events or security restrictions.
- Cancellation by Customer: Since the public square itself is not ticketed, there is normally no separate cancellation policy. If included in a guided tour, the tour operator's cancellation policy applies.
- Cancellation by Operator: If an organised tour cannot visit the square, the operator may provide an alternative stop according to its booking conditions.
- No-Show: For a pre-booked tour, failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
- Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Conduct: Visitors should respect public spaces, monuments and other visitors and comply with local regulations.
- Liability: Tour operators are generally not responsible for changes caused by traffic, demonstrations, public events, security measures, weather or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy
Place de la Concorde is a public attraction and does not require an admission ticket or advance reservation for a standard visit. Therefore, no cancellation or refund policy applies. Any separately booked guided tour, transfer or organised activity is subject to the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective operator.
