Terms & Conditions
- Access: Access to the Peak Walk by Tissot requires a valid Glacier 3000 ticket or applicable mountain excursion ticket.
- Operating Conditions: The bridge is accessible subject to the operating schedule of Glacier 3000 and prevailing weather and safety conditions.
- Weather: Strong winds, heavy snowfall, storms, ice or poor visibility may result in temporary closure or restricted access.
- Cable Car: Access to Glacier 3000 is dependent on the operation of the cable car from Col du Pillon.
- Safety: Visitors must follow all instructions from Glacier 3000 staff and comply with safety regulations while using the suspension bridge.
- Clothing & Footwear: Warm clothing and suitable, non-slip footwear are recommended due to the high-altitude alpine environment.

- Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is generally not liable for loss, theft or damage.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets and excursions including the Peak Walk by Tissot are generally non-refundable once purchased. If the mountain excursion or cable car service is cancelled by the operator due to weather conditions, technical problems or other operational reasons, refund or alternative arrangements may be offered in accordance with the operator's terms and conditions.
