  3. Late Arrival: The tour may depart without waiting for late passengers. No refund is normally provided for missed departures due to late arrival.
  4. Tour Route: The itinerary may be modified because of traffic, road closures, public events, weather conditions, security restrictions or other circumstances beyond the operator's control.
  5. Duration: The stated duration is approximate and may vary depending on traffic and operational conditions.
  6. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the fare/ticket conditions applicable at the time of booking. Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund.
  7. Cancellation by Operator: If the operator cancels the tour, customers will generally be offered an alternative date/time or a refund, subject to the operator's conditions.
  8. No-Show: Failure to attend the tour at the designated time and meeting point will generally be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
  9. Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
  10. Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified in the booking conditions.
  11. Weather: Tours generally operate in normal weather conditions. Changes or cancellations caused by exceptional weather or safety considerations are subject to the operator's policy.
  12. Liability: The operator is not responsible for delays or changes caused by traffic, strikes, demonstrations, public events, security measures, road closures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  13. Identification: Customers should carry their booking confirmation and any identification or documents required for the tour.
Cancellation Policy
