Terms & Conditions
- Access: Entry to the showroom and glass-making demonstration is subject to the opening hours and operating schedule of the specific venue.
- Booking Confirmation: Pre-booked visits are confirmed according to the conditions of the selected showroom or tour operator.
- Glass Demonstration: Demonstrations are subject to availability and may be changed or suspended for operational, safety or other unforeseen reasons.
- Duration: The duration of the showroom visit and demonstration is approximate and may vary according to the programme and visitor flow.
- Meeting Point: Guests should arrive at the designated meeting point on time, preferably 10–15 minutes before the scheduled visit.
- Late Arrival: Late arrivals may not be permitted to join a scheduled demonstration and may be treated as a no-show.
- Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific showroom, tour operator and ticket type. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Operator: If the showroom or operator cancels the visit, an alternative arrangement or refund may be offered according to the applicable booking conditions.
- Itinerary Changes: Demonstration times, showroom access or programme details may change due to operational requirements, maintenance, special events or other circumstances beyond the operator's control.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time may result in no refund.
- Photography: Photography or filming during the glass-making demonstration is subject to the venue's rules and staff instructions.
- Safety: Visitors must remain in designated areas and follow all instructions from staff, particularly around hot glass and workshop equipment.
- Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The venue/operator is generally not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
- Purchases: Any glass products purchased from the showroom are subject to the individual seller's payment, delivery, return and warranty policies.
