  6. Access to attractions such as the Cliff Walk, Glacier Cave and Ice Flyer may depend on weather and operating conditions.
  7. Wheelchair and pushchair access may be limited during the current construction phase; advance notice is recommended.
  8. Cable-car operations and outdoor activities may be changed or suspended because of weather, maintenance or safety requirements.
  9. Visitors should respect the Alpine environment and avoid littering.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Valid Ticket: Visitors must have a valid ticket for the selected TITLIS journey and retain it throughout the trip.
  2. Ticket & Route: Tickets are valid for the route, date and conditions specified at the time of purchase. Online tickets can be presented using the QR code without printing.
  3. Operating Hours: TITLIS cableways generally operate from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the final ascent at 4:00 PM and final descent at 5:00 PM. Operating times may change.
  4. Boarding: Visitors should arrive at Engelberg in sufficient time for their journey. During periods of high demand, boarding times or waiting periods may apply.
  5. Weather Conditions: Cable-car operations and mountain activities may be affected by weather, wind, snow, visibility or other safety conditions.
  6. Safety Instructions: Visitors must follow all instructions, safety signs and directions given by TITLIS staff.
  7. Mountain Conditions: TITLIS reaches approximately 3,020 metres above sea level. Visitors should be prepared for cold temperatures, snow, ice and rapidly changing mountain weather.
  8. Visitor Conduct: Visitors must behave responsibly and must not enter restricted areas or undertake activities that could endanger themselves or others.
  9. Activities: Access to attractions such as the Glacier Cave and Cliff Walk is included with the Engelberg–TITLIS return ticket. The Ice Flyer requires a separate ticket.
  10. Children: Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult and follow all safety instructions.
  11. Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Items that may create a safety risk may be restricted.
  12. Dogs: Dogs are permitted subject to the applicable TITLIS ticket and transport conditions. Dogs with a shoulder height of 30 cm or more require a ticket.
  13. Temporary Closures: Individual cableways, attractions or facilities may be temporarily closed because of maintenance, weather, technical reasons or safety requirements.
  14. Ticket Cancellation: According to the official TITLIS information, cancellation of purchased tickets is generally not possible under the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Mt. Titlis cable car tickets are non-cancellable according to the official TITLIS General Terms & Conditions. Standard tickets are therefore non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer. Separate weather-related refund conditions may apply to ski tickets purchased with the TITLIS Weather Guarantee.
