- Late arrival or failure to attend an organised tour may result in loss of the booking without refund, depending on the operator's terms.
- If the tour operator cancels the tour, refund or rescheduling arrangements are governed by the operator's booking conditions.
- The Metro is a public transport network, so train delays, crowding and changes to the operating schedule do not normally constitute grounds for compensation under a sightseeing-tour booking, unless specifically provided by the tour operator.
