- Admission is ticketed, and the ticket is valid for the specified visit/session.
- Visits are available only in an excursion group; independent individual visits are not permitted.
- The last excursion session begins at 16:30.
- Children under 18 require a separate electronic ticket with excursion service, regardless of age.
- Visitors must follow the instructions of museum staff and security personnel throughout the visit.
- Visitors must comply with the museum's rules regarding prohibited items and security requirements.
- Visitors must not touch, damage or otherwise interfere with museum exhibits, historic interiors or architectural elements.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets for the Menshikov Palace may be cancelled and refunded no later than 3 days before the scheduled date of visit, in accordance with the State Hermitage Museum's official ticket refund rules. Electronic tickets purchased online can be refunded only by the original purchaser. Refund requests are subject to the museum's applicable ticket refund procedures and conditions.
