Cancellation Policy
Matterhorn Glacier Paradise tickets are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-modifiable once purchased. Non-use of the ticket does not normally qualify for a refund, including in cases of weather-related interruptions or closures. A separate money-back guarantee may be purchased for eligible online bookings, allowing cancellation up to 48 hours before the ticket becomes valid, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
