- Entry: The Library of Celsus is located within the Ephesus Archaeological Site, so access requires the applicable Ephesus admission ticket. The official GoTürkiye site identifies the Library as one of the principal monuments of Ephesus.

- Visitors should exercise caution during hot weather, rain or slippery conditions.
- Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Photography for personal use is generally permitted, subject to site-specific restrictions.
- Commercial photography, professional filming or organised photo shoots may require prior permission.
- Visitors should maintain respectful behaviour and avoid activities that could disturb other visitors or damage the archaeological site.
- Littering, vandalism and removal of archaeological materials are prohibited.
- Certain monuments, pathways or sections of Ephesus may be temporarily closed for restoration, archaeological work, maintenance, weather or safety reasons.
- Opening hours and visitor-access arrangements may change without prior notice.
- Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the Ephesus admission ticket and booking channel.
- If the Library of Celsus is included in an organised Ephesus/Kuşadası tour, the tour operator's cancellation and refund policy will apply.

Cancellation Policy
The Library of Celsus is an ancient archaeological monument within the Ephesus archaeological site and does not have a separate cancellation or refund policy. Access is subject to the applicable Ephesus entrance ticket and Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism ticketing conditions. If the Library of Celsus is included as part of a guided tour, excursion, or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.
