- Littering is prohibited; visitors should take their waste with them or use designated bins.
- Children should remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult, particularly near waterfalls and steep areas.
- Visitors should respect local residents, private property and other hikers.
- Outdoor activities may be restricted or routes closed due to weather, landslides, maintenance or safety conditions.

- Access: Lauterbrunnen Valley is a public natural destination and can generally be visited without an entrance ticket. Access to individual attractions, transport services and activities may require separate tickets.
- Opening Hours: The valley itself is accessible throughout the year, but individual attractions and transport services operate according to their own seasonal schedules.
- Weather Conditions: Access to hiking routes, waterfalls, mountain areas and outdoor attractions may be affected by snow, heavy rain, storms or other adverse weather conditions.
- Transport: Cable cars, trains, buses and other transport services are operated by separate providers and are subject to their respective timetables, availability and conditions.
- Itinerary Changes: Tour itineraries may be modified because of weather, road conditions, transport disruptions, maintenance, safety restrictions or other circumstances beyond the operator's control.
- Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific tour, transport service or package booked. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Operator: If a booked tour or transport service is cancelled for operational or safety reasons, an alternative arrangement or refund may be offered according to the applicable booking conditions.
- No-Show: Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or departure point on time may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.
- Safety: Visitors should follow local safety instructions and respect restrictions on hiking trails, mountain areas and other natural sites.
- Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The tour operator is generally not responsible for loss, theft or damage.

- Liability: The operator is not responsible for delays, route changes, closures or cancellations caused by weather, natural conditions, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy
Lauterbrunnen Valley is a natural attraction and does not require an admission ticket or advance reservation for a standard visit. Therefore, no cancellation or refund policy applies. Any separately booked guided tour, excursion, transport or other organised activity is subject to the cancellation terms of the respective operator.
