Cancellation Policy
Kaymakli Underground City is a historical archaeological site operated under the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Cancellation and refund conditions for pre-booked entrance tickets are subject to the official ticketing terms applicable to the ticket type and booking channel. If Kaymakli Underground City is included as part of a guided tour, excursion, or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.
